Where can I buy legit (non-pirated) Korean Dramas?

I'm kind of a sucker for nice box sets so I was wondering if anyone
knows a place (or online) where I can buy legit kdrama sets.

And also, are most kdrama/jdrama dvd sets only in RAW subtitles? (ie
do they usually come with english subs?)
